Lakers beat Celtics in close game

Western Conference Lakers leaders beat the Celtics this Sunday in a close game in Los Angeles. Lebron’s team beat Boston 114-112.

Anthony Davis and Lebron James combined for a total of 61 points for the home team. The former had 32 points and 13 rebounds in their fifth consecutive win.

The highest scoring player, however, was on Boston’s side. Jayson Tatum scored a total of 41 points, a career high. His team is currently sitting in third position in the Eastern conference, with a 39-17 record. According to FiveThirtyEight, they have a 17% chance of reaching the NBA finals in June. Today’s opponents are a little more likely to reach the finals, at 28%.
