Norwegian phenomenon Haaland keeps on scoring and gets Dortmund past PSG

Dortmund heads into the second leg with a 2-1 lead over PSG after beating the Parisians at home. Dortmund’s super talent Haaland was the matchwinner, as he scored both for the German side

The match remained scoreless until the 69th minute, when Haaland tapped the ball into the back of the net after RaphaĆ«l Guerreiro’s shot got deflected.

Neymar returned to the squad after he bruised his rib earlier this month. He played the full 90 minutes and was important in his return for PSG as he equalised the score in the 75th minute. Kylian Mbappe assisted the Brazilian super star, who just had to tap it in.

PSG’s joy did not last long: Just two minutes later, Haaland scored from an incredible strike outside of the box, shooting Dortmund into a 2-1 lead for the return in Paris. Because of this goal, Haaland is now tied up with Bayern striker Lewandowski for top scorers in the 2019/2020 Champions League, with a total of 10 goals, 8 of which scored at his former club Redbull Salzburg.
